Greddy has become a monster in the import tuner market as an aftermarket support company, supplying the needs of vehicles such as the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. While they offer everything from suspension components to engine parts, their turbocharger kits are their key power adding application. Greddy offers three upgrade kits for the Evolution 8 and 9. Unlike other kits that use the stock manifold, Greddy’s turbo upgrade kits require the use of a Greddy hand made SUS exhaust manifold and waste gate. This takes away from the sleeper effect but the manifold and waste gate are designed to make the most of your turbo upgrade. The three Evolution options are similar kits using the SUS manifold and 45mm waste gate but, unlike some other companies that design and/or manufacture their own turbos, Greddy builds off of the success of other companies’ turbo units.

Over the years, Garrett and Mitsubishi turbos have proven their quality and durability on both the Evolution and the popular Diamond Star Motors (DSM) models. These companies are who Greddy turned to for their high performance Evolution 8 and 9 kits. The buyer can select between the Garrett TD06S or TD06SH, or a Mitsubishi T67 turbo unit with varying power increases between the kits.
